2- Submit purchase requests from clients registered on the platform.

3- Notify the clients of incentive systems and commercial offers.

4- View account information (such as balance and dues).

5- Submit commercial requests and complaints.

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "terms" or "agreement") are an agreement between alfanar Company (hereinafter "The Company", "Company" or "We" or "Our") and between you ("user" or "you" or “your”) and this agreement defines the general terms and conditions of your use of our website or application or any of its products or services (collectively referred to as " platform" or "app" or “ services “). alfanar has the right to (modify) or (amend) the terms and condition without prior notice for any party.

Regulations for using the “Success Partner” application and platform:

The Company has the right to change, cancel or stop any service or page on the application and the platform at any time without prior notice and or any liability, restrictions or fees on certain services or features or limits any user or access to some or all parts of app and the platform. Also the telecommunications company can charge for communications, messages or any other charges for communications or promotional text messages that we send you and the company may send you by e-mails or any message relating to technical services and the company can send you emails about the services that we think may be of interest to you (promotional emails).

Account Activation

• Confirm with alfanar sales representative his official shipping address.

   
• Send the details of the authorized staff that will receive goods from alfanar on behalf of the customer establishment/company.

The customer is accountable for keeping both, shipping address and authorized staff information updated and accurate.

Prices, Invoices, and Payments

   
• The terms and conditions stated in the customer information form apply.

   
• The terms and conditions contained in alfanar products sales and marketing contract apply

   
• We are entitled to adjust the product prices or services at any time.

   
• The price policy displayed through our website and mobile app platform is subject to alfanar price policy in the wholesale market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy is the reference in the event of any dispute resulting from prices. Knowing that the final prices of the supplies will be determined after issuing the invoice.

   
• All prices displayed on this platform and payments made by the customer are subject to Saudi Arabia Value Added Tax System (VAT).

   
• The delivery dates for the goods shown in the purchase request are tentative, noting that the deadlines for supplies delivery will be determined after notifying you of our approval of the purchase requests registered through this platform.

   
• The shipping locations information entered by the users of the platform must belong to the account owner and under his management, and will not be used for actual shipping purposes unless confirmed by the team in-charge at alfanar company.

   
• The information of the individuals authorized to receive the goods that are entered by the users of the platform must be for the employees of the legal entity of the owner of the account and under his management, and will not be used for the purposes of actual delivery except after confirming it by the team in-charge at alfanar company.

Product Return & Replace

The policy of exchange, return and warranty is subject to the alfanar Company policy, and the customer can request it from the sales representative, or from the platform.

Any goods that has been sold, the sale process is final and not as a consignment sale, and the customer has the right to request a return and this return is subject to alfanar policy of goods return.

Product Warrantee

The warranty on alfanar products is subject to alfanar approved warranty policy that is explained on the warranty card attached to the product. You can contact the company for more information about the warranty.

Dispute settlement, arbitration, and choice of law

   
• The validity, interpretation, and application of these terms and conditions and any other agreements that arise or relate to it are governed by Saudi Arabia rules and Systems, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the court located in the city of Riyadh shall be the court with jurisdiction to hear the arising dispute.

   
• Parties must attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or claim arising out or related to this contract.

Acceptance of these conditions

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. If you use this platform or the application, you agree to be abided by this agreement. If you do not agree to be abiding by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access this platform or the app and the services.
